Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase on unused items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit at your discretion.

Gift Cards:

Boca Bikini gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used towards the purchase of any product on our website.

Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]  within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
